The Handcrafted Suit-Making Process

1
Fabric Selection
Fabric Selection

You can choose your preferred fabric and color from our swatch collection, considering factors like fiber content, structure, texture, and seasonal suitability. This step sets the tone and overall quality of your suit.

2
Style Consultation
Style Consultation

The tailor or assistant will discuss the design details with you, including single- or double-breasted fronts, lapel styles, pocket options, and trouser cuts. Each element will be customized according to your needs and personal preferences.

3
Measurements
Measurements

The tailor will take precise measurements of your shoulders, chest, waist, sleeves, trousers, and more, while also observing your posture to ensure the pattern matches your body shape accurately.

4
First Fitting
First Fitting (Basted Fitting)

After the pattern is drafted and the initial structure is assembled, you'll come in for the first baste fitting. At this stage, the suit isn't finalized yet—the goal is to confirm the overall fit and direction.

5
Adjustments
Adjustments & Second Fitting (If Needed)

If any adjustments are required, the tailor will refine the pattern and may arrange a second fitting to ensure every detail is accurate.

6
Completion
Completion & Pick-Up

Once everything is finalized, your suit will be fully constructed, pressed, and finished. You'll then be notified to try on the completed suit and pick it up.

Custom Name Embroidery on the Suit Lining

100% Handcrafted Suits:

The inner embroidery is applied to the main fabric first, after which the suit is carefully assembled.

Semi-Handcrafted Suits:

The suit is fully constructed first, and the embroidered label is then sewn onto the garment as a finishing detail.
